Our Sales Team is currently looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR), which is a great opportunity if you are looking to start your career in Sales!
As a BDR, you will work closely with two Account Executives and will be in charge of the first steps into closing deals with new customers. Therefore, you will identify, create interest and develop conversations with those prospects before handing them over to your Account Executives.

Current BDRs at Archlet have successfully approached large corporations like PepsiCo, Coop, or Deutsche Bahn and raised their interest in our product, helping our Account Executives closing these great clients.

- Become a product expert for the Archlet sourcing software product.
- Actively generate and create a great first impression with potential customers.
- Develop customized pitches for different types of companies and qualify the new potential customers through cold calls, email and social outreach predetermined strategies.

- You have high energy and a positive attitude.
- You are persistent, hungry and driven to grow and succeed.
- You have the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage your time.
- You are a great team player with effective communication skills.
- You have the ability to learn fast.
- You are an outstanding networker with both colleagues and potential customers.
- You have excellent English and German written and verbal communication skills.
