YOUR ROLE Provisioning and integration of our platform into customer environments
Identification and clarification of customer requirements
Design and implementation of customer-specific solutions
Technical enablement and knowledge enablement
Identification of upselling opportunities and churn risks
You are the main point of contact for our premium customers. With your technical expertise you help integrating our email defense platform into their infrastructure and configure it according to their needs. You work in our office in Zurich or directly at the customer.
You have a passion for IT security and know the odds and ends of our product.
By interfacing with both the customer and the development team you are able to identify customer needs and turn them into value-adding product features.

Problem solving attitude Solid technical IT background, ideally backed by a corresponding CS degree Proven competence in administering Unix/Linux systems, networking, email, containerization Professional level of spoken and written German & English
