The Role Good Escapes is seeking a B2B sales professional. The ideal candidate is interested in wellness tourism and the benefits of corporate retreats. Someone who is a motivated self-starter and can learn quickly and work without direct supervision will be able to excel in this position and grow rapidly within the company. The potential is limitless as every company is a potential client. This is a remote position. You will be provided with training on the industry, company, and sales procedure. You will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling + emailing and closing leads. The position offers uncapped commission. Earnings should exceed 6 figures in the first year. Requirements: 1+ years of experience in a trip planning role, luxury travel market preferred but not required. B2B sales experience a plus Creative, passionate about travel, demonstrated ability to create exceptional itineraries. Experience working with cross-cultural and geographically dispersed teams. Experience in fast-paced, start-up environments preferred. Hospitality experience, particularly luxury market preferred. Highly polished communication skills, skillful writer and researcher. Strong knowledge of geography and international destinations with a focus on Asia. Responsible and highly organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
