There are six million empty homes in Italy alone, another four million in France, three million in Spain and so on. Only 5% of those are listed on Airbnb — the rest of the market is waiting to be disrupted!

Our mission is to find the most charming ones, rent them from the owners, refurbish them if needed and sublet them to tourists, controlling 100% of the process. We’re currently active in Apulia and Lombardy and looking forward to expanding into other regions in Italy and beyond.

Your role
You will mainly be in charge of property acquisition, i.e. the identification of new properties and the negotiations with their owners, and/or operations, i.e. making sure the properties are managed efficiently through a local network of suppliers. You can be based anywhere, as long as it’s in a beautiful holiday destination with a high potential in the vacation rental field. You will work independently on your region we will provide you with all you need to be successful, and we will meet and/or be in touch very frequently to help you grow.
The role can be full time or part time, depending on your availabilities.

Key requirements

  • Entrepreneurial-minded, analytical professional with excellent negotiation skills
  • High motivation to join a very early stage startup and to find those hidden gems that will transform our guests’ holidays into memorable experiences
  • Fluent in English and the local language of your region
  • International background is a plus
  • Previous experience in tourism or real estate is a plus
Please note that, at this early stage, we’re unable to pay a salary. You will get a combination of success fees and stock options.
