Who you are

You are a talented and motivated software engineer and have 3-5 years of work experience. As the fifth employee in a high-growth start-up and the first technical hire besides the Co-CEO, you will have a strong impact on our culture, future hires and the development of the company. Therefore, we seek for positivism, a high work ethic and a passion for new technology. You enjoy working with minimum supervision and instruction in a rapidly changing environment. Experienced in Python (or another programming language like Java)/JS/DBs/Linux servers, including web development frameworks like Flask, you should be comfortable with all aspects of the software development life cycle from conception to deployment. You are competent to take responsibility for the architecture and security of enterprise software. Writing clean, understandable code that will be easier to maintain comes naturally. Ideally, you have a mathematical mindset and an interest in machine learning.
