  • Brain-storm commercialization strategies with management including ways to leverage AXA's resources, carving value propositions for employers and occupations health, prevention funds, insurers and other potential customers
  • Formulate and implement sales strategy that is scalable and effective across target markets of UK and Germany
  • Source, negotiate and close critical commercial relationships with potential payors including follow-on account management
  • Circle-back ideas and requirements from insurance and user perspective to Medloop's product development roadmap and proactively engage with the whole team to build an amazing health ecosystem

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in partnership management, b2b sales or business development, ideally in an insurtech environment
  • Skills and drive to push projects ahead, strong can-do-attitude and track-record
  • High energy level and excitement to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Clear understanding how digitization can transform industries like healthcare
  • Able to communicate among all levels including pitches on C-Level
  • Fluency in English and German
