As part of the KI group, KI growth offers growth expertise around the digitization of our customers' business processes and models in the area of marketing. We specialize in data-driven online marketing, customer relationship management and the development of start-ups, especially for large companies. A central element of our expertise is the implementation of technological visions and state-of-the-art marketing strategies in cooperation with innovators, companies and individuals. The aim of the cooperation with our customers is to support them in the important topics, marketing, data, CRM, organisational structure and the establishment of a start-up culture.

These will be your tasks

  • You advise major customers and start-ups in the area of CRM implementation both strategically and operationally
  • You develop implementation strategies and automate manual CRM processes at the customer site
  • You analyze the customer data of our customers, build clusters and develop strategies across multiple touchpoints and channels
  • Work as a team with other online marketing, BI and IT consultants on new opportunities for intelligent, personalized CRM
  • As Sales & Service Cloud Specialist, you are expert on the Sales & Service clouds. You are responsible for providing sound and actionable solutions to meet our customer business requirements. This includes the technical configuration of data models, as well as rules and processes that influence different regions and departments of the company.

You're offering these qualifications

  • Degree in business administration with focus on marketing, finance, technology and innovation management or comparable
  • Startup experience is an advantage
  • You have a high technical affinity, a very good understanding of numbers and an analytical way of thinking.
  • You are ready to travel to customers and work on projects on site
  • You are fluent in English and German
  • First experience with Sales/Service and Community Cloud are advantageous
  • Profound knowledge in Marketing Cloud
  • Certification as Admin (ADM-201) and Marketing Cloud Consultant are a must
  • At least 2 years experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant.
