In 2007, we started to work hand-in-hand with different brew masters from small, regional Bavarian family-run breweries to create craft lagers & ales that we are not only proud to produce for our customers, but love to drink ourselves. Fast forward to 2018, and our beers are being sold throughout Europe, as well as Africa and Asia.

We are expanding our London Sales Team, and are looking for a Field Sales Manager to help with the driving and execution of sales, and occasionally with special projects. We are still small, but we have the resources and the dream to grow quickly and to grow big. There will be no shortage of new challenges to take on, and new responsibilities for you to earn.


  • Field sales : The majority of your time will be spent in the field, visiting potential and existing customers (both on-premise and off-premise) and boosting sales of our brews.

  • Sales management : You will be responsible for processing orders, providing customer service, and maintaining/growing your sales pipeline.

  • Marketing activities : You will have a sales budget to manage (promotional activities, customer partnerships), and will also be called upon to support/lead occasional brand events such as tastings, festivals, trade fairs, etc.

  • Help out around the office: If you want a one dimensional job, we aren't the big corporate company you are looking for. We all do what needs to get done, and we'll ask you to do the same.


  • Education: We are open minded about your educational background.

  • Experience: At least 3 years of professional sales experience at least 1 year of field sales experience beer industry experience (or related) highly preferred.


  • Entrepreneurial spirit: You are a self-starter with the determination to get things done, the flexibility to handle the unexpected, and a passion for getting our beer into thirsty people's hands!

  • Team player: We are small but growing fast, so we all have each other's back.

  • Problem solving: You have a friendly, positive and problem-solving disposition, to help our customers whenever something might go wrong along the way.
