As a Technical Support Engineer you will work closely with both our Customer Success and Engineering teams with a single goal on your mind: ensuring our customers get the highest possible value from Beekeeper. You will interact closely with customers and support them in integrating Beekeeper into their existing systems to leverage the full potential. You will also deep-dive on difficult product questions and be the authority on all matters that require a true technical expert. In addition, you will support the scaling up of the Customer Success function by identifying opportunities to automating tasks and workflows.
