Business Development at Avrios

Our Business Development team is responsible for growing Avrios by acquiring new customers and helping them shape their mobility strategy. Being part of this team provides a uniquely steep learning curve, a lot of autonomy and the chance to have an impact on a startup that is redefining how companies organise their mobility.


  • Work closely together with Marketing to find potential customers
  • Engage with customers and analyse their needs to understand how mobility drives their business
  • Develop a vision of where they want to take their mobility strategy throughout the next years
  • Develop a sound business case and get all stakeholders on board to help our customers improve their mobility strategy using the latest technology
  • Work closely together with Customer Success to make sure your customer is properly onboarded and can successfully implement their strategy

The ideal candidate for this job is:

  • Eager to continuously improve their skills and prefers 'learning by doing?
  • Extremely driven to succeed and comfortable with a high degree of responsibility and ownership
  • Interested in and knowledgeable of software and technology
  • An excellent communicator that easily connects with others
  • An empathetic team player with a positive working attitude
  • Experience in software sales is a big plus

Minimum qualifications

  • University graduate of Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related subject
  • Experience in business development, sales or consulting
  • Native level Italian, written and spoken
  • Business level English, written and spoken
