Your role...

  • Supervise, support and develop a highly motivated Sales Team
  • Penetrate ed markets with your team following a clear go-to-market strategy
  • Identify, analyze, and evaluate the right new markets for our product
  • Define strategic objectives & sales tactics along with regular performance monitoring
  • Find scalable ways to grow with our existing standard product
  • Develop and implement our internationalisation strategy
  • Develop and perform sales training programs
  • Grow our business within short time

Your profile...

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience within the Software Industry
  • Marketing Software Sales experience is a huge advantage
  • 5+ years of Sales Leadership experience, having built a team is a strong plus
  • International go-to-market experience
  • Deep knowledge in building, implementing and maintaining sales strategies
  • Experience in start-up environment or willing to work within a fast paced, flexible and innovative company
  • Effective leader of people with a track record of leading teams to deliver profitable growth
  • Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Highly action-oriented, result-driven & solution-focused
  • Strong Team player & lots of passion
